Upon approval, we oversee sourcing, procurement, and coordination with trusted artisans and trades. Installation is managed with care to ensure precision, discretion, and adherence to design intent.

All furnishings, materials, and construction-related purchases are invoiced at net (designer cost), allowing clients to benefit directly from our trade access and preferred vendor relationships.
